Relaxing bike routes

I find a great way to relax is to ride my bike. After many years of cycling on the road I now stick to back roads and trails. I am not trying to break records or bones for that matter; the emphasis is on relaxation.

I live for most of the year in England; yet I have spent a lot of time in Spain. Therefore, most of my rides are in these locations. However, the emphasis is on inspiring people to choose: scenic, safe and of course relaxing routes wherever they are.
