In the morning
Rise early for work or play; or lay in without care for most of the day! When you do finally manage to climb out from your inner sanctum; plump the pillows, tuck in the sheets and ask teddy to wait for your return!
During the day
Unless you have to work night shifts or your regular schedule is disrupted; there really is no need to enter your bedroom. Of course you have to clean, dust and put away clean clothes. Yet, try to keep your bedroom as a bedroom; not a storeroom, a TV room, a dining room, nothing else but a bedroom.
Bedtime
When the night comes and the day is far spent; return to a bedroom that seems almost heaven scent. Turn off the phone, slip into those well worn pyjamas, turn down the lights and relax.
